Returns and Exchanges

We do not generally accept returns or exchanges, as our towels are intended for professional use and are of exceptional quality.

If a towel is received damaged or defective, the buyer must notify Towel Haus within 7 days of receipt. Proof of damage (e.g., photo) may be required.
