    • While we take care to ensure timely dispatch, Towel Haus is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or external factors beyond our control.

    If you would like your order insured against loss or damage in transit, please notify us at the time of purchase. Additional costs may apply.

  5. Lost or Damaged Items in Transit

    • Any claims for lost or damaged items must be made directly with Australia Post, as they are responsible for delivery once the item has been dispatched.

    • Towel Haus will provide documentation (e.g., proof of postage) to assist with claims but cannot issue refunds for shipping-related issues.
